Launched in 1988 by Trevor Pickett – the quintessential English eccentric – the Pickett brand has grown over the years and remains a proud purveyor of luxury goods. With over three decades of experience within the industry, Trevor has developed the brand into one offering a myriad of wonderful gifts and products.

The challenge

We were tasked with creating an exciting new e-commerce site, showcasing the beautiful handcrafted leather goods, but more importantly increasing conversion rates across the site. Pickett also need a facility that would allow their customer to personalise their purchases through the website.

It’s not every day you get to work with a brand that’s so well established within London and their industry so we started with meeting between our strategy and design team with the stakeholders at Pickett. We got to know their history, values, where they got their inspiration from and who bought their goods.
